Chou Yu-Cheng will be showing in the group exhibition ‘What’s In Store?’, a vast array of international artists working across multiple mediums and histories. Chou Yu-Cheng is presenting a piece from his series: ‘Molyneux’ (2014), a critical approach to contemporary issues such as copyright and recontextualisation, specifically referencing the practice of fellow artist Geoff Molyneux.. The hugely varied show is drawn from Salford University’s permanent collection, the first time the extensive range of works spanning over a century has been presented publicly, and marks the university’s 50th anniversary.
