Los Carpinteros are holding a solo exhibition ‘Pellejo’ at the Prefix Institute of Contemporary Art, Toronto, curated by Scott McLeod. Featuring the North American premiere of a major video installation ‘Pellejo’, along with two complementary sculptural works, ‘Cachita’ and ‘Emelino’, the show makes a startling and profound statement about the passing of time and, by extension, the state of Cuba in the twenty-first century.
