Samson Young and Ko Sin Tung have been selected to contribute to Para Site’s ‘The Unappropriated Recipes’, a successfully crowd-funded hardback publication consisting of eighty community-sourced unconventional recipes, offering a broad array of personal experiences, experiments, perceptions, interventions, and reactions to Hong Kong and its different layers through ingredients integral to various artists and their relationships with the city.
