Sun Xun has been selected for the group exhibition ‘Doctrine of New Capital: Huang Yu Collection Exhibition (2007-2016)’ at the Museum of Contemporary Art Chengdu. In bringing together more than a hundred works spanning multiple media, the exhibition, which will be accompanied by a summit forum for young collectors, weaves a dialogue surrounding the asymptote towards which contemporary art is striving within the context of consumerism. On display is Sun Xun’s animation ‘Clown’s Revolution’ (2011) (edition 4/6).
